Chicken Club Lettuce Wrap, a low-carb (keto) lunch idea that replaces a wheat wrap for a lettuce wrap. Just 5 ingredients, and less than 10 minutes to make!

Here on Long Island, most bagel stores and delis will actually make you a lettuce wrap replacing the wrap with lettuce and fill it with everything from tuna salad, egg salad, cold cuts, you name it! They wrap it really tight in parchment paper so it’s easy to eat on the go.

KETO CLUB LETTUCE WRAP

This Keto Club Lettuce Wrap is the perfect low carb, gluten free lunch!

INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices of bacon, cooked
• 3-4 small tomato slices (I used one Campari tomato)
• 2 pickle sandwich slices
• mustard, mayo, salt pepper if desired.
• 2-3 leaves of Iceberg lettuce
• 2 slices of cheese (swiss, provolone, cheddar, whatever you prefer)
• 3 slices of ham

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Lay out a peice of wax or parcement paper.
2. Lay 2-3 slices of lettuce slightly overlapping.
3. Top with cheese, ham, bacon, pickles, tomato and mustard, mayo salt and pepper if desired.
4. Wrap tightly and use the wax or parcement paper to help you keep the wrap secure.
