Easy Tomato Salad - a staple at all of our cookouts! Super easy to make and everyone LOVES this side dish! Tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, hard-boiled egg whites, Ranch dressing, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Can make in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve. 

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, or to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 to 6 ripe beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced into rings
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, whites only, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Cut tomatoes into 8 to 10 chunks per tomato. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
